Know when the trial starts
The trial begins only after onboarding is complete and you click Start free trial on the final review step. Saving a payment method is required first, but that payment step does not activate the trial on its own.
Trial details
The current self-serve offer is a 7-day Pro trial with:
7-day Pro trial
Full platform access
Trial credits included
That means you can enter the normal workspace and use the credit-consuming product workflows that are available to your organization until the trial ends or the trial credits are exhausted.
What happens when trial credits run out
Trial usage depends on the trial credit balance. If your organization later reaches zero trial credits, the account enters a trial-depleted state.
When that happens:
The rest of the app remains available for navigation.
Credit-consuming actions are blocked.
Admins and owners see
SubscribeorSubscribe to continueentry points that open the Billing section.
While the trial credits are depleted, trial credit purchases and trial seat changes are not available.
Trial expiration and conversion
Trial conversion to the paid plan is scheduled near the end of the 7-day trial period unless you cancel first.
Paid conversion requires a chargeable saved payment method. If the scheduled conversion reaches execution time and no chargeable payment method remains on file, &AI cancels the trial immediately instead of converting the organization to paid billing.
If the organization converts to a paid plan, any remaining trial credits do not carry into the paid plan.
If you cancel the trial instead of subscribing, the cancellation is immediate.
If you need help during the trial
Admins should go to Admin > Billing first. That is where the current balance, subscription controls, invoices, payment methods, and billing recovery actions live.
If you are not an admin, contact your organization administrator when you hit a trial or billing block. You can also use support chat if you need help understanding what action to take next.
