Admin overview

Introduce the organization admin page to manage user, billing, and organization templates and prompts.

Written by Caleb Harris

The Admin and Billing sections in &AI give organization leaders one place to manage who can work in the platform, understand how the team is using it, and keep seats and credits in good standing. Instead of treating billing, user access, and usage review as separate tasks, the product groups them into one admin workspace so you can move from a problem to the right corrective action quickly.

This section is available only to organization admins.

Use this area when you need to answer questions like:

  • Who currently has access to our organization?

  • Do we have open seats for another team member?

  • How many credits are left, and when will they refresh?

  • What usage activity is driving cost or volume across the organization?

  • Where do I go to pay invoices or change the current subscription?

Open the admin page

The organization admin page is organized around a left-hand navigation. Depending on your setup, you may see sections such as:

  • Users

  • Activity

  • Usage

  • Billing

  • Prompts

  • Table Templates

  • Pipeline Templates

For billing and organization management work, the most important sections are Users, Usage, and Billing.

  • Users is where you add people, review account status, and take actions such as deactivating or deleting a user.

  • Usage is where you inspect org-scoped usage traces, including workflow, credits, and related metadata.

  • Billing is where you review seats, available credits, upcoming refresh amounts, invoices, and subscription actions.

If you are already inside a project, &AI can also show a Credit Usage card that places project activity in the context of your organization's remaining credits and links you into billing-related settings.

Users, Usage, and Billing

Users

The Users section is the operational access-management workspace. Use it for day-to-day organization administration such as checking who is active, confirming whether someone has accepted an invitation, filtering the list, and adding or removing access when staffing changes.

This is the right place when your next step is about people:

  • inviting a new teammate

  • confirming whether a user is active or still needs to confirm email

  • editing a user's displayed name

  • deactivating an account without fully deleting it

  • exporting a user-management snapshot for review outside the app

Usage

The Usage section is the audit and review workspace. It shows organization activity such as workflow names, credit usage, project references, user references, and related timing details when those fields are available.

This is the right place when your next step is about understanding consumption:

  • seeing which projects are active

  • checking which workflows are being run

  • narrowing the review to a date range, project, user, or process type

  • reviewing a recent spike in credits or workflow activity

Billing

The Billing section is the commercial control center for the organization. It shows whether billing is configured, the current seat count, how many seats are pending payment, how many credits are available, whether credits are pending or in overage, and when the next refresh is expected.

This is the right place when your next step is about keeping the account ready for work:

  • paying an open invoice

  • purchasing additional credits

  • purchasing more seats before inviting more users

  • reviewing recent billing transactions

  • changing or canceling the current subscription

For user management tasks, see Manage users, roles, and organization settings. For billing, seats, and credits, see Manage billing, seats, and credits.
