This workflow is available on PRO plans and costs tokens to run.
Use these settings when you want to control what goes into a pitch run before you generate the final deliverable.
Configure the complaint-driven Build a Pitch workflow
In Build a Pitch, you can set the total search results per patent, the number of references to chart per patent, whether to process claim construction, the claim-construction mode, whether the run should create a Pitch deck, a Draft, or both, the pitch preset (Full deck or Highlights), the draft template if you choose the draft output, and whether to send an email notification when the run finishes.
Configure a case-based deck export
In the case Pitches section, Build Pitch Deck lets you set Deck Name, Target Patents to Include, Opposing Counsel (Plaintiff's Firms), Pitching Firm Name, and Slide Selection.
If you include non-infringement slides, you may also need to choose either a Project Infringement Chart or an Uploaded Plaintiff Chart for each selected target.
How templates are used
The complaint-driven workflow can also create a draft. When you include the draft output, select one of the available published pitch templates before starting the run.
The template controls the draft structure and where run data is inserted.
What to do next
After reviewing the settings, start the build. Then open the created pitch deck or draft from the project when the run finishes.
