Use this workflow when you have a complaint PDF and want &AI to search, chart, and build pitch deliverables from it.

Open a non-case project and go to Drafts.

Click New Pitch Deck to open Build a Pitch.

Upload the complaint as a PDF.

&AI parses the complaint and uses it to update case details for the run.

Choose how many search results to collect per patent and how many references to chart per patent.

If needed, turn on Process claim construction and choose the claim-construction mode.

Select whether you want a Pitch deck, a Draft, or both.

For the pitch deck, choose a preset such as Full deck or Highlights.

If you include a draft, select the pitch draft template you want to use.

Turn on email notification if you want an email when the deliverables finish. If you enable it, enter the contact email to use.

Click Build pitch deck, Create draft, or Build pitch & draft, depending on the outputs you selected.

&AI uploads the complaint, runs the configured search and charting steps, and creates the requested deliverables.

When the run completes, open the new deliverables from the project to review, edit, or download them.
