Use this workflow when you need to revise draft content and download a finished deliverable.
Open the draft editor
Open your project, go to Drafts, and select the draft you want to edit.
Edit the content
You can edit draft text directly in the editor.
If the draft includes AI-generated changes that are still under review, accept or reject those changes before expecting them to save into the document.
If the draft was created with missing user-setting values, replace any remaining placeholders before final export.
Keep the draft organized
From the Drafts list, you can rename, duplicate, or delete a draft from the row menu.
Use that same menu to download completed export items.
Export the draft
Use the download control in the draft editor to generate a downloadable file for the current draft.
When the export finishes, download the result and review it outside &AI.
What happens next
If you need another revision, reopen the same draft, make updates, and export again.
